Absolutely beautiful amazing Hotel and the service representative Daniele is so thoughtful and resourceful with his guidance you will feel like family. The rooms are super clean very spacious and the food is unbelievable.
The view is stunning, from your room the front of the hotel or the pool. We have enjoyed our stay and felt like royalty from everyone in this beautiful hotel.
We stayed with a group here, and it was a very pleasing experience for all of us. The hotel is decorated like a palace, in Louis XIV style, we loved the decoration. The staff, all of them were extremely kind and helpful. Hotel had dinner available and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was continental and not bad.
We will definately use this hotel again.
For this price, it was ok. But, internet is none-to-very slow. The stuff is rude (especially the person at the front desk at 10pm on 24th of July 2017). Simply asked for a higher floor, we were treated incredibly rude.
The hotel was clean served a typical continental breakfast and a reasonable set evening menu. The rooms are spacious and well equipped a bonus for us was a hospitality tray. Unfortunately the town has seen better days many empty shops and bars seems covid has killed the place.

The Travel Department organised this hotel for us on our walking holiday in Tuscany. This I have to say was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very poor food, no service, no facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It’s very beautiful and class but it’s too much but all it’s very nice.
The AC in my room was broken and they weren’t able to fix it or offer me a different room. Service was very rude.
